Sunbreeze at Watersong is a charming Mediterranean style two storey home with 5 bedrooms which will accommodate up to 12. 

The accommodation comprises of:

Family Room

Overlooking the pool/spa and deck the large informal sitting area is furnished with comfy sofas, side tables and coffee table is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying the entertainment centre. This features a 51" wide screen Plasma HDTV serviced by Spectrum cable TV and surround sound, DVD player, Xbox and Nintendo Wii for all to enjoy

Kitchen

The large, well appointed and fully equipped Kitchen with washer, dryer, microwave, ice making side-by-side fridge and dishwasher as well as all the usual smaller electrical gadgets, seating 8 at the Breakfast table.  Looking out onto the pool/spa and deck it’s a lovely place to start the day off gazing through the glass sliding doors out over to the lake while the sun rises.

Living / Dining Room

This very pleasant living area seats 5 is furnished with sofa, chaise longue, side tables with lamps, it’s an ideal place to retreat to away from the main family room where you could read a book or just listen to your mobile song collection using the digital radio.   The family will enjoy those special dinners together in the formal dining area which has a polished wooden dining table and chairs, seating for 6.  Space for the Christmas tree too!

King Master En-Suite

The superb ground floor Master Suite is furnished with a King Size Bed, nightstands, lamps and dressing table, with beautiful views over the pool and lake. The large en-suite bathroom has a deep garden tub, twin vanity basins, large shower cubicle, separate wc and spacious walk-in closet/dressing area.

King Bedroom 2

Bright and fresh room furnished with a King Size Bed, night stands, lamps and dressing table – completed with 28-inch LED cable TV and ceiling fan

King Bedroom 3

Overlooking the pool and lake, furnished with King Size Bed, night stands, lamps, dressing table, walk-in Closet and ceiling fan. This lovely room is complimented with a 24-inch LED TV with DVD player. This room enjoys the use of a Full Ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom which is shared with Bedroom 4. The bathroom is fitted with a tub with shower over, vanity basin, wc and a hair dryer.

Bedroom 4

Beautiful light and airy Twin Bedroom suitable for adults or children, complete with 2 twin beds, night stand, lamp, clothes storage chest and large closet. Wall mounted LED TV services with cable channels. This room enjoys the use of a Full Ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom shared with King Bedroom 3

Bedroom 5

Fun colourful Bunk Bedroom, furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, night stand, lamp, clothes storage chest, large closet and cable TV. Definitely a winner with the younger ones!

From the moment you open the sliding doors you will love the tranquility, its the perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks. The 30' pool has a lovely bubbly spa and extended sunbathing deck with covered Lanai to provide shade, this is Florida living at its finest. The fabulous south-facing outdoor living space with summer kitchen gets the sun all day and has a stunning natural lake and wood views - no rear neighbours, just peace and tranquility and a few fish jumping. Glass sliding doors leading to the pool and deck are alarmed to prevent small children from accessing the pool area unsupervised as well as a child safety fence preventing them from getting to the pool – please note when small children are in your party the pool safety fence must ALWAYS be used.

The outdoor deck area has the added bonus of :

All bedrooms have TVs serviced by Roku and Spectrum Cable TV which includes a huge variety of streaming apps which offer sports, children’s TV, quiz channels and free movies as well as numerous other channels of interest. We also offer Free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the villa and Free Calls to all of USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
